Some module programming events require other data from the car or replacement part (Transmission Strategy Numbers, PTU Calibration Numbers, Injector Coding IDs, etc...) and I have those numbers readily available, in the event that data is needed and I do not have it L1 will call with an estimate for the cost of acquiring the information if it is not stated at time of drop off.

Some module programming events require relearns and other processes (Clutch learns, CKP variation relearn, immobilizer relearns, throttle resets, transmission strategy relearns, ADAS calibration, wheel alignments, etc..) to be successful, L1 will call with an estimate for the additional services estimate if it is not stated at time of drop off.

L1 is not responsible for the replacement module repairing the car as L1 did not diagnose or inspect the vehicle or module.

L1 is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or to the module (eg. shorts, water intrusion, etc...) as L1 has not diagnosed the vehicle or performed any analysis on the module yet.

ALL programming/relearns/cloning etc. events are billed for the procedure, NOT the outcome. This means if this doesn't fix the car or there are other modules or procedures to be completed you understand that the programming cost is still accessed as L1 did not diagnose the issue, supply the component, install the component or vehicle condition..
