All vehicle and tooling setup instructions sent prior to the session must be followed precisely. Failure to follow instructions significantly increases the risk of a failed programming event.

I understand remote programming carries inherent risk.

Remote programming involves network communication with live vehicle systems. We use OEM tooling and proven infrastructure with tens of thousands of completed jobs. The vast majority of issues are the result of vehicle setup, tool configuration, or failure to follow instructions — not our infrastructure.
