Remote Programming Terms and Conditions

YOU MUST READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR US TO REMOTE PROGRAM FOR YOU.

We will make every effort possible to program your vehicle remotely, due to variations on what each manufacturer offers and how they operate, the only thing we guarantee is that we will try our best to complete the programming. If we determine there is a fault with our hardware or the operators’ procedures that are the reason we cannot complete the programming, we will not charge for the service.

If we can successfully update or program/code the replacement module, and it does not fix your symptoms, all our charges will still apply, as this is considered a misdiagnosis.

If you request a programming event and the module is found to be non-communicating (and that is not the normal pre-programmed state of the module) then we still charge for the service, at our discretion we may just charge for an update check of $50 rather than the entire programming.

Although rare, it is possible for a programming event to fail and leave a module in a non-responsive unusable state. We take every precaution to prevent this, but it can happen, even when performing NEW module programming, with OEM equipment, directly on the vehicle, doing the job remotely only negligibly increases this risk. Either way it needs to be stated this can happen.

We can not be held liable or at fault for any damages to modules, software, or equipment. We are not responsible for lost time to the shop or vehicle owner.

Thank you.
